I just ate an entire box of ginger snaps and I feel like death. Like a very Christmas-y holiday death.
Overdosing on ginger snaps usually means one thing – it’s my favorite time of year. Christmas is great because it’s a time when people try to recapture that feeling of childhood. And you get to bundle up and drink hot drinks with the people you love. And let’s not forget the reason for the season. Presents.

Presents are the greatest thing ever. Even if all you ever get is socks, hey – they’re free socks. One can never have too many socks, I always say. And that is because I am constantly losing socks. I think my washer/dryer eats them. They are powered by socks. Either way, presents are the gift-wrapped stuffs that dreams are made of.

Don’t worry if you are having trouble figuring out what to get me this year. Here is my holiday wishlist:

• A bicycle
• Another box of ginger snaps
• A kindle
• A really sick air guitar
• A bunch of good books to read
• Socks

I hope Santa reads my blog. He should at least follows me on twitter.

Life is a funny thing. One minute you’re happy and in love, and then the next you are even happier and more in love. I have the new iPhone and now I’m living a teenage dream. That makes me one step closer to reaching Nirvana. But I still have a few things I desperately want or I will implode.

• The new Kindle!
• A good bicycle
• Lady GaGa’s wardrobe

Just kidding. I don’t really need all of those things. All I need is Lady Gaga’s wardrobe. But as far as the iPhone goes, I love it. It’s so much faster than my 3g, and the sharper screen is gorgeous. Other than that, I’m having trouble finding any major differences between the two phones.

If you could buy anything for yourself, what would it be? Maybe I will buy it for you. But probably not. Tell me what you would buy, but don’t expect me to buy it for you.

If spending a weekend in Las Vegas has taught me one thing, it’s that moments slip through your fingers if you’re not paying attention. Or was that money? Either way, Las Vegas lives up to the hype of late nights and good times.

My trip wasn’t the typical Vegas Vacation;  I was there to celebrate my grandpa’s 80th birthday. At four times my age, my grandpa is still as strong as ever. I spent lots of time with extended family that I normally never see. I don’t have any family in Florida besides my parents, so it was so much fun seeing everyone together. I love how, despite being apart for more than half a decade, hanging out with everyone feels like nothing ever changed.

One thing I regret is not being able to celebrate Kristen’s birthday with her. Fortunately, John and I made this totally awesome and only slightly embarrassing birthday video for our girlfriends. Check it out:
